AMANU is a reflection of my childhood in Africa. Growing up on a farm out in the bush, I was raised among a family of conservationists, where a profound connection with the earth was interwoven into the details of daily life: When I think of home, I think of long walks through the tall grass and acacia trees, our feet covered in red dust. Bright orange sunsets with the song of cicadas in the distance as the light faded and the bats came out.
All this inspired the intrinsic mindfulness, aesthetic and respect that is at the heart of AMANU: Use only what we need. Be resourceful. Consciously honor the place, tradition, and planet we are part of. On a mission to pursue less, we invite you to experience our handmade sandals, our bags and our belts, all created purposefully for you, using materials with the utmost intention.

ALL THREE is a collection of clothing built around the concept of “uniforms,” designed to be worn time and again and to blend seamlessly into everyday life. The pieces are distinctive yet never pretentious. They are designed to be comfortable to move in, easy to layer, and suitable for any occasion. They give you a sense of warmth, as if you’ve been wearing them for years.

I am a third generation designer and a student of fashion, structure, and meaning. All Three was created from a belief in balance. Past, present, and becoming. What we carry, how we live now, and who we are in the process of becoming. Clothing is one of the few places where all three can exist at once.
I design elevated essentials as a personal uniform, built with discipline and emotional intelligence. Silhouettes are refined and protected over time. Although we work with a range ofmaterials, including brass, copper, gold,silver and glass, we are best known forour resin. Our pieces are made by handmaking them very tactile, there’s a veryhuman feeling to them. We make piecesas small as a ring and as large as a table,thriving on the challenge of perfectingeach one while also finding the beauty inimperfection. Each piece is characterisedby small differences in its surface, whichreflect its handmade nature, makingeach piece unique.

Dinosaur Designs was created in 1985 out of a shared love of art,design and friendship. When we started as art students, there were noexpectations, only a sense that we wanted to make something peoplewould love. More than 30 years later, that’s still true for both of us.
